Grits, fabulous gravy and shrimp! It doesn't get any better than this!
- Requires 1 Pound of Shrimp.
- The grits are added to 4 cups of boiling water, then simmered for 30 minutes.
- 1-3/4 cup water is added to the gravy mix, then stirred and simmered for 20 minutes.
- Serves 4.
- Saute shrimp in butter and add to the cooked gravy mix. Serve over the cooked grits.
